HOW DO I BOOK?

You can click on the 'Book Now' button to the right of this information, or the top of the home page. Or you can call us at the shop and we can take your booking over the phone. There is a consultation form to fill in that must be done at the time of the booking.

HOW LONG WILL THE APPOINTMENT LAST?

Appointments usually last20–30minutes, depending on the piercing. Jewellery shopping takes a moment of style, we also recommend arriving a few minutes early to pick your jewellery.

I DON'T KNWO WHAT PIERCING I WANT, CAN YOU HELP?

Yes, we specialise in this. Not every piercing is right for every ear so we think it is really important that we give you some guidance during your appointment.

I WANT TO HAVE A FULL CURATION - IS THAT A DIFFERENT APPOINTMENT?

If you book a Piercing Consultation / Adjustment appointment that will give us a 30 minute appointment - if you feel you need more time than that please book two of these appointments back to back so that we have an hour.

WILL YOU GUIDE ME ON AFTERCARE?
Yes, we will walk you through it at your appointment and we have a full aftercare guide on this website - just select Aftercare on the main menu under 'Book My Piercing Appointment'.
WHO WILL BE DOING MY PIERCING?

You’ll be in safe, skilled hands.Emma, our founder, orGeorgia, our senior piercer, will be doing your piercing with the care and expertise they’re known for.

WILL MY PIERCING HURT AFTERWARDS?

A little swelling, redness, or light bleeding is completely normal—it’s your body
doing its thing. The area may also feel warm or tender for a few days.

During healing, you might notice: Itching, slight discolouration, a bit of white fluid that forms a crust around the jewellery.

Follow the aftercare guidance we provide, and if anything feels off or you’re
concerned about infection, contact us. Try not to remove your jewellery until it’s been checked—it helps prevent
further irritation or infection. We can normally help guide you through a tough healing process.

DO YOU PIERCE CHILDREN?

Yes, we pierce lobes from 5yrs old - Our studio is a safe, calm space and and even the most nervous kids feel excited. With a relaxed vibe (and a treat from our sweetie jar) it's a first piercing experience they'll remember fondly. We've pierced our own kids and we will take as much care of yours as we did with ours.

ARE THERE THINGS I SHOULD AVOID BEFORE A PIERCING?

Yes, please avoid non prescribed drugs such as Aspirin that can thin the blood. You must not have had any alcohol or non prescribed drugs before the appointment.

HOW MUCH IS YOUR PIERCING JEWELLERY?

Our entry price point jewellery is £25 and it can go up to £1,000 if you want solid gold and diamonds, but in the main it is between £25 and £70 per piece.

CAN MORE THAN ONE PERSON USE AN APPOINTMENT?

For piercing we can only do on person per appointment. This means you get the time and dedicated attention your ear deserves.

CAN SOMEONE COME WITH ME TO MY APPOINTMENT?

We love it when you bring friends and family so feel free to bring your support crew - they can get a sweetie from the sweetie jar too!

ARE THERE THINGS I SHOULD DO BEFORE MY APPOINTMENT?

Yes, please try and eat something ahead of the appointment so that we can keep your blood sugar levels up and reduce the risk of fainting. Please also bring with you any inspiration photos - we love that!

WHEN CAN I CHANGE MY PIERCGIN JEWELLERY?

Healing isn’t one-size-fits-all. Lobes usually take around8 weeks, while cartilage can take up to ayearto fully settle. Be patient and wait until your piercing has completely healed before changing your jewellery — it keeps the process smooth, safe, and pain-free.
